About the role

The Enterprise Account Executive will drive revenue for DailyPay, a worktech company and leading on-demand pay solution. Reporting to the Sales Director, this position involves direct interaction with stakeholders and potential clients to advance DailyPay's mission.

Responsibilities

  • Become a DailyPay product maven and perfect your skills in presenting our value proposition.
  • Pitch and close qualified prospects through webinars, strategic calls, and in-person presentations.
  • Master and leverage our tech stack (e.g., Salesforce, sales engagement tools) to build a more efficient and effective sales process.
  • Navigate complex corporate structures to demonstrate value to multiple senior stakeholders.
  • Use financial and analytical insights to build compelling business cases for partner organizations.
  • Own and cultivate a pipeline of valuable relationships, consistently moving partners toward a successful close.
  • Drive revenue production by meeting and exceeding your goals.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience navigating long, complex sales cycles with multiple C-suite stakeholders and significant contract values.
  • The proven ability to build trust and influence senior executives by acting as a sophisticated, consultative partner.
  • A strong aptitude for technology and a drive to master new tools (CRM, sales automation) to create a more strategic and efficient process.
  • An analytical thinker with a highly strategic and data-driven approach, used to building compelling business cases and navigating complex organizations.
  • A resilient and curious mindset, motivated by solving sophisticated challenges for our partners.
