About the role
Tessell, founded in 2021, is a hyper-growth DBaaS company headquartered in the San Francisco Bay Area and Bangalore. We provide fully managed services for open-source and commercial data technologies on AWS and Azure.
Responsibilities
- Closely collaborate with business development representatives, partners, and marketing teams to build a robust sales pipeline
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Develop and refine sales processes and strategies
- Travel to engage with clients, prospects, and team members
Qualifications
- 4+ years of Enterprise SaaS sales experience
- Experience with Enterprise sales qualification methodologies (MEDDPICC or BANT)
- Willingness to learn on the job, take responsibility, and grow in a fast-paced startup environment
- Self-motivated and adaptable to change
- Willing to create a long-lasting mark for himself/herself in Tessell and the industry
