About the role

Tessell, founded in 2021, is a hyper-growth DBaaS company headquartered in the San Francisco Bay Area and Bangalore. We provide fully managed services for open-source and commercial data technologies on AWS and Azure.

Responsibilities

  • Closely collaborate with business development representatives, partners, and marketing teams to build a robust sales pipeline
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Develop and refine sales processes and strategies
  • Travel to engage with clients, prospects, and team members

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of Enterprise SaaS sales experience
  • Experience with Enterprise sales qualification methodologies (MEDDPICC or BANT)
  • Willingness to learn on the job, take responsibility, and grow in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Self-motivated and adaptable to change
  • Willing to create a long-lasting mark for himself/herself in Tessell and the industry
