ENT Physician - Open to Part Time

About the Role

This is a full-time Otolaryngology (ENT) physician position focused on building and leading a comprehensive ENT practice in a regional community lacking local coverage.

Responsibilities

• Establish a broad ENT service line serving a catchment area of approximately 70,000, including outpatient clinics, in-office procedures, and surgical cases.
• Cover general ENT, Otology, Rhinology, Laryngology, and Pediatric ENT, with support from dedicated staff and virtual scribes.
• Participate in shared clinic/OR scheduling, managing new and follow-up patients.
• Provide on-site call coverage for your own patients.

Qualifications & Skills

• MD/DO, Board Eligible or Certified in Otolaryngology.
• Open to experienced physicians and new graduates.
• Pediatrics fellowship preferred.
• Visa sponsorship available.
• Strong clinical skills, autonomy, and ability to shape a practice are valued.
