About the Role
Seeking an ENT (MD) clinician for coverage during the holiday season, primarily for Christmas.
Responsibilities
- Provide 24-hour shift coverage in operating room (OR) and emergency room (ER) settings.
- Respond to surgical and emergency ENT requests.
- Perform necessary procedures.
- Complete all clinical documentation via the EPIC EMR system.
Work Environment
Support involves working across three facilities with a team of 4 FTEs and nursing staff, focusing on adult patient care.
Call Requirements
- Beeper call on a 1:4 ratio.
- On-site presence required.
Qualifications
- Board-certified ENT specialist.
- Relevant clinical experience.
Skills
- Ability to handle variable caseloads.
- Work in high-pressure environments.
- Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team.
