Based at our Deerfield Beach headquarters, this role manages prospective families from initial inquiry through registration. You'll communicate with families by phone, email, and text, manage enrollment pipelines, support new center launches, and partner with Center Directors to improve tour and registration conversion. What You'll Do Enrollment & Lead Conversion Convert childcare inquiries into scheduled tours and registrationsManage inbound and outbound family communication by phone, email, and textFollow up with prospective families and re-engage open or inactive leadsTrack tours, show rates, registrations, conversion rates, and enrollment trendsCoach Center Directors on tours, follow-up, and enrollment conversionMaintain accurate, timely lead activity and family information in CRM and enrollment systems New Center Openings Launch pre-enrollment approximately 90 days before assigned centers openServe as the primary contact for prospective families throughout the pre-opening periodBuild and nurture enrollment pipelines through consistent family outreachCommunicate program information, anticipated opening timelines, and registration requirementsProcess registrations and fees and follow up on outstanding enrollment itemsSupport pre-opening enrollment campaigns, community events, and center launch communicationsHelp maintain accurate center information across websites, Google Business Profiles, and social mediaTrack pre-opening enrollment goals and report on registrations, lead activity, family feedback, and potential risksTransition enrollment activity to center teams as new locations prepare to open Collaboration & Performance Partner with New Center Openings, Operations, and Marketing on enrollment and lead-generation opportunitiesIdentify trends and opportunities to improve lead follow-up and conversionManage multiple center pipelines, priorities, and deadlines simultaneouslyProvide prospective families with a professional and responsive experience Qualifications 3+ years of experience in enrollment, inside sales, admissions, customer service, or a contact center environmentPrevious experience as a Center Director or Assistant Director preferredProven success converting leads or achieving sales or enrollment goalsExperience managing customer or enrollment pipelines using a CRMStrong phone, written, and interpersonal communication skillsHighly organized with strong follow-up and time-management skillsComfortable managing multiple locations and changing prioritiesExperience processing registrations, payments, or customer transactionsExperience coaching customer-facing or sales teams preferredChildcare, franchise, multi-location, or new location opening experience preferredFamiliarity with Google Business Profile, social media, or email marketing tools a plus Why Join TLE Competitive $55,000–$60,000 salary and benefitsDirect impact on enrollment growth and new center launchesCross-functional exposure to Operations, Marketing, and center leadershipProfessional development and career growth opportunities Apply today to join The Learning Experience as an Enrollment Specialist.
