About the role
This is a 100% remote, full-time role open to candidates in the United States. The Enrollment Specialist supports travel planning, group and event coordination, reservations, traveler support, supplier communication, and service workflows. The role is designed for organized remote execution, accurate documentation, clear communication, and dependable follow-through.
Responsibilities
- Support enrollment, student, admissions, program, or study-related coordination relevant to the role.
- Maintain accurate applicant, participant, program, scheduling, and communication records in approved systems.
- Guide routine questions through documented processes and communicate required steps, deadlines, or missing information clearly.
- Coordinate follow-up with internal teams, participants, or partners to ensure enrollment and program tasks move forward on schedule.
- Prepare status reports and documentation while protecting personal information and escalating exceptions that require specialized review.
Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to perform Enrollment Specialist work or closely related training/experience with reliable accuracy and follow-through.
- Comfort using common remote-work tools, web-based systems, spreadsheets, email, shared documents, and role-appropriate business software.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to document questions, decisions, status, and exceptions.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage deadlines, repetitive tasks, or multiple priorities without losing record quality.
- Authorization to work in the United States and the ability to maintain a reliable internet connection and suitable private workspace for this remote position.

Pay
Base compensation: $38,000–$50,000 per year, depending on experience and demonstrated role alignment.
Schedule
