Enrollment Specialist (1099/Contractor+Incentive)
About the role
This role is an independent contractor (1099) position available remotely. Contractors must be available to work 30-40 hours per week, typically from 8:00 AM-8:00 PM Monday-Friday and 9:00 AM-5:00 PM Saturday, based on the patient's local time. Availability for the next two months must be submitted by the 15th of each month.
Compensation
$15.00 per hour, $15.00 for each successful patient enrollment, paid bi-weekly.

Position Summary
As an Enrollment Specialist, you will make outbound calls to eligible patients, educate them about the benefits of our CCM, RPM, BHI, and APCM programs, complete eligibility assessments and patient enrollments, accurately document patient interactions, meet daily, weekly, and monthly enrollment goals, and deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining compliance with all legal and ethical standards.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to eligible patients.
- Educate patients on the benefits of our CCM, RPM, BHI, and APCM programs.
- Complete eligibility assessments and patient enrollments.
- Accurately document patient interactions.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly enrollment goals.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining compliance with all legal and ethical standards.
Training
Training is provided during your first week. Training Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00 AM-4:30 PM CST or 9:00 AM-5:30 PM EST.
Qualifications
- Experience in outbound calling, customer service, sales, patient outreach, or healthcare preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Comfortable navigating multiple computer systems while speaking with patients.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
- Healthcare experience is preferred but not required.
