About the role

Role Type: Independent Contractor (1099). Contractors may live in any U.S. time zone. TimeDoc Health is a leader in Virtual Care Management, helping healthcare providers deliver ongoing support to patients with chronic and behavioral health conditions through technology and compassionate care. As an Enrollment Specialist, you will make outbound calls to eligible patients, educate them about TimeDoc Health's care management programs (CCM, RPM, BHI, and APCM), guide them through the enrollment process, complete eligibility assessments, accurately document patient interactions, meet daily, weekly, and monthly enrollment goals, and deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining compliance with all legal and ethical standards. Training is provided during your first week, with a schedule of Monday‑Friday 8:00 AM‑4:30 PM CST or 9:00 AM‑5:30 PM EST.

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to eligible patients.
  • Educate patients on the benefits of our CCM, RPM, BHI, and APCM programs.
  • Complete eligibility assessments and patient enrollments.
  • Accurately document patient interactions.
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly enrollment goals.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining compliance with all legal and ethical standards.

Requirements

  • Dedicated, quiet, professional workspace.
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection.
  • Personal laptop or desktop computer (no tablets or Chromebooks).
  • Computer should be no more than 2–3 years old and equipped with at least an Intel Core i5 processor (or equivalent) to support required software and systems.
  • Comfortable using multiple computer applications while speaking with patients.

Qualifications

  • Experience in outbound calling, customer service, sales, patient outreach, or healthcare preferred.
  • Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Comfortable navigating multiple computer systems while speaking with patients.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
  • Healthcare experience is preferred but not required.

Pay

Compensation: $15.00 per hour plus $15.00 for each successful patient enrollment, paid bi‑weekly.

Schedule

Flexible schedule with a need for contractors who can consistently work 30–40 hours per week. Calling hours (based on patient’s local time): Monday‑Friday 8:00 AM‑8:00 PM, Saturday 9:00 AM‑5:00 PM. Availability for the upcoming two months must be submitted by the 15th of each month.
