ENROLLMENT DIRECTOR, HOLY FAMILY REGIONAL CATHOLIC SCHOOL, ASTON, PA, DELAWARE COUNTY

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement annual enrollment and retention strategies
• Cook up admissions and recruitment events including:
• Open Houses
• School Tours
• Shadow Days
• Accepted Students Events

Qualifications

• Practicing Catholic committed to supporting the mission and values of Catholic education
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Experience in admissions, enrollment management, marketing, communications, advancement, or related field preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with CRM systems, enrollment platforms, and data management tools preferred
• Ability to work collaboratively and build positive relationships with families and community partners
• Ability to complete Safe Environment training and all required background clearances
