About the role
The Enrollment Development Specialist II (EDS II) supports all marketing efforts for the Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE). The EDS II will conduct marketing events to increase PACE awareness within an assigned geographical area, focusing on developing relationships with key stakeholders, healthcare professionals, providers, and community-based organizations. As the initial primary point of contact representing PACE to the senior population within culturally diverse and underserved communities, the EDS II will increase census for their assigned PACE location by identifying new referral sources, generating new leads, scheduling visitors to tour PACE center(s), and procuring qualified leads for enrollment.
The EDS II will professionally represent the AltaMed PACE program while adhering to local, state, and federal laws, and AltaMed’s Business Code of Conduct and Standards of Behavior. Working as part of a team, the EDS II will concentrate on delivering high-quality services, support the PACE site Center Manager with retention strategies to maintain member census, assist marketing managers with developing, training, and mentoring EDS Is, lead weekly Marketing Huddles, and support the development of Marketing sales guides and materials.
Requirements
- B.S./B.A. Degree in Healthcare, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field of study preferred.
- Minimum of three (3) years of direct business or consumer outreach/marketing/sales experience required.
- Experience working with senior adults and underserved populations preferred.
- Bilingual in Spanish/English, English/Mandarin Chinese or Cantonese, or English/Vietnamese.
Pay
$95,097.60 - $118,872.00 annually
Actual salary offers are considered by various factors, including budget, experience, skills, education, licensure and certifications, and other business considerations. The range is subject to change. This role may also qualify for discretionary bonuses or incentives.
