About the role

We are seeking dedicated Enrolled Nurses to join us at Urana, delivering high-quality, patient-centred care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. Build and strengthen your clinical skills, while working in a dynamic rural setting where you never know what will walk through the door. Supporting every stage in life, you’ll assess patient needs, implement care plans, and partner with patients, carers, and the multidisciplinary team to provide safe, effective care.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and deliver comprehensive care plans that reflect the identified needs and goals of the patient.
• Identify and develop safe and effective strategies to improve practice and patient safety.
• Maintain collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders, patients, carers and families.

$72,825.63 - $79,134.02 (+ super + 17.5% leave loading where applicable)
