- Motivate students in real time: notice when energy or focus drops and intervene quickly to re‑engage them.
- Coach students toward visible growth: give clear feedback as students practice new skills and prepare to demonstrate them at the AlphaTest Showcase.
- Own the room: maintain strong behavior standards, positive energy, participation, and pace from the start of each session to the finish.

- Prior work or volunteer experience directly responsible for school‑age children (e.g., school, camp, after‑school program, youth program, coaching, or tutoring).
- Ability to independently manage a group of students, maintain clear behavior standards, and keep students focused and motivated.
- Strong verbal communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to give clear instructions and generate active participation.
- Willingness to attend paid training before independently running sessions.
- Authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience leading groups of students in grades 3–8.
- Experience facilitating workshops, camps, extracurricular programs, or other highly participatory student activities.
