Enhancement Crew Leader
About the role
The Enhancement Crew Lead manages multiple groundskeeping teams, overseeing construction and maintenance of outdoor spaces, training staff, and ensuring compliance with safety guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the construction and maintenance of outdoor spaces
- Maintain existing grounds
- Monitor and train workers
- Supervise the use of equipment
- Ensure staff observe safety guidelines and protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years' experience in landscape construction
- Installation and care of tree and shrubs (a plus)
- General landscape masonry skills (a plus)
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record
- Massachusetts hydraulics license (a plus)
- Good physical condition with an ability to lift 40 lbs
- Team player with high attention to detail
- Basic irrigation knowledge (helpful)
- Custom service-oriented with strong communication skills (must)
- Understanding of the importance of accurate and timely paperwork
- Proven leadership skills

Pay
$25-$32 per hour
