Responsibilities

• Manage multiple groundskeeping teams.
• Oversee the construction of outdoor spaces and maintain existing grounds.
• Monitor and train workers, ensuring adherence to safety guidelines and protocols.
• Supervise the use of equipment.
• Complete various administrative duties.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years' experience in landscape construction.
• Experience with installation and care of trees and shrubs.
• General landscape masonry skills (a plus).
• Basic irrigation knowledge (helpful).
• Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills.
• Understanding of the importance of accurate and timely paperwork.
• Proven leadership skills.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Massachusetts hydraulics license (a plus).
• Ability to work in various weather conditions.
• Good physical condition with the ability to lift 40 lbs.

Pay

Position range: $25 – $32 per hour.
