Enhancement Crew Leader

Responsibilities

• Conducting site inspections
• Providing hands-on leadership
• Providing guidance for soil, planting, watering, and insect control
• Driving and maintaining vehicles
• Training personnel with a strong emphasis on safety
• Handling schedules
• Reviewing charts and reports

Requirements

• 2 years plus of landscape installation experience
• 1 year (minimum) experience managing 2+ person crew
• At least one year of experience in lawn care and landscaping
• Supervisory experience desired

Qualifications

• Driver’s license and good record
• Strong leadership skills
• Familiarity with landscaping techniques and equipment
