Enhanced Analysis Team Lead
About the role
The Enhanced Analysis Team Lead oversees high-risk case escalation and fraud analysis activities within a regulated, government-aligned program. This role leads investigative efforts, coordinates with internal teams and external partners, and ensures that complex cases are handled with urgency, accuracy, and discretion to protect program integrity and public safety.
Responsibilities
- Lead investigation and escalation of high-risk fraud or safety cases
- Coordinate with internal leadership and external stakeholders as required
- Oversee analytical reviews, audits, and investigative documentation
- Identify trends, patterns, and indicators requiring corrective action
- Support development and refinement of investigative procedures
- Provide reporting and briefings to program leadership
Requirements
- Associate’s degree or three (3) years of relevant professional experience
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred)
- Experience in fraud investigation, safety analysis, compliance, or government-regulated environments
- Strong analytical, investigative, and report-writing skills

Schedule
This position is considered ESSENTIAL and may require working extended hours including evenings, weekends, and support on-call assignments. The work schedule is subject to change based on project needs.
Condition of Employment
- Complete a Drug Test
- Be at least 21 years of age
- Have a valid U.S. Driver’s license
- Available to travel as necessary
Security Clearance/Background Check Requirements
- Pass a government background investigation
- Be a U.S. Citizen
- Eligible for security clearance access as required by assignment
- Able to travel and work extended or irregular hours, including emergencies
Physical Demands
- Standing/Walking/Mobility: Must have mobility to attend meetings with other managers and employees
- Climbing/Stooping/Kneeling: 10% of the time
- Lifting/Pulling/Pushing: 10% of the time
- Fingering/Grasping/Feeling: Must be able to write, type and use a telephone system 100% of the time
- Sitting: Sitting for prolonged and extended periods of time
