About the role
Lead a team of program analysts, coordinating analytical products and workflow across the RTI business operations mission.
Responsibilities
- Oversee program-analysis deliverables and coordinate workflow across the analyst team.
- Interface with Government leads to ensure quality and timeliness of financial and operations products.
- Provide guidance to journeyman and systems program analysts.
- Support consolidation and quality control of funding and program reporting.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a business or technical field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in engineering/science management, operations research analysis, or financial/cost analysis.
- Active Secret clearance.
- Demonstrated team lead or work-coordination experience on a government support effort.
- Significant experience supporting Department of War / Army programs or operations.
Desired Qualifications
- Prior DEVCOM C5ISR or ACC-APG program experience.
- Experience with GFEBS/EMPOWER reporting.
