Responsibilities
- Maintains and maintains quality systems, testing and inspection activities designed to assure that products, processes and services confirm and comply to corporate, state, federal and regulatory requirements, standards and practices.
- Collaborates in problem solving efforts to correct or improve internal products, processes and services. Conducts and documents internal audits of procedures.
- Creates, modifies and implements standard work and inspection methods. Recommends new equipment to ensure proper measurement and assessment of new product characteristics.
- Maintains and reviews quality system records, documents and data. Makes recommendations for improvements and changes to product, processes or systems based on review of this information.
- Assists and provides technical expertise for qualifying, developing, certifying and assisting both internal and external suppliers and vendors.
- Provides work direction for Inspectors, Technicians and employees assigned to the Quality function.
- Provides instruction and training and supervision to members of the Quality team.
Qualifications
- 3+ Years Relevant Experience
- ASQ Certification

- Demonstrated skills in problem solving.
- Demonstrated project and time management skills.
Prior to Employment
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/Technology
- ISO 9001 Lead
- Lever Practitioner
- Six Sigma Black Belt (CSSBB)
- Minitab
