About the role
We are looking for freelance tutors to join our vibrant language learning community. Our platform uses Generative AI to provide personalized and interactive learning experiences for students worldwide.
Responsibilities
- Teach English to students aged 4-12 using play-based and interactive methods.
- Conduct live online lessons focusing on improving speaking skills.
- Engage with our community of thousands of tutors and contribute to shaping the future of Flalingo.
- Use technology effectively and be proficient in online teaching platforms.
- Ensure excellent English communication skills are maintained throughout lessons.
Requirements
- At least two years of experience teaching English to children.
- A degree in English Language Teaching, English Language and Literature, Translation & Interpretation, or a related field.
- Preferred teaching certificate (pedagogical formation).
- Familiarity with play-based teaching techniques.
- Patient, creative, energetic, and skilled in child communication.
- Ability to use technology effectively in lessons.
- Advanced level of English proficiency.
Qualifications
- Experience in preschool or primary school settings preferred.
- International teaching certifications such as CELTA, TEFL, or TESOL preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
