English Teaching Apprentice

Responsibilities

• Teaching with a mentor in your discipline
• Provide teaching coverage across the curriculum
• Participating in co-curricular school activities
• Providing administrative support as necessary
• Supporting Archer Signature programs (i.e. Advanced Research, Artemis Center for Political Activism & Social Good, and Advanced Studies Symposium)

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Education, English, or Literature)
• Prior teaching experience, preferably in Middle School or with students of similar age groups.
• Ability to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes student collaboration and exploration.

Pay

$2,762.50 per semi-monthly pay period
