Responsibilities

  • Create and implement instructional activities that foster meaningful learning experiences for students.
  • Update and maintain all necessary records accurately and completely as required by laws, district policies, and school regulations.
  • Select, modify, and utilize instructional resources to meet the needs of diverse student populations with varying backgrounds, learning styles, and special needs.
  • Maintain discipline in accordance with the rules and disciplinary systems of the school.
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and other professionals, both verbally and in writing.
  • Model professional and ethical standards when interacting with students, parents, peers, and the community.
  • Ensure continuous and appropriate student growth and achievement based on age group, subject area, and program classification.
  • Regularly communicate student progress and needs to students, colleagues, and parents.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant subject area.
  • Strong classroom management skills.
  • Highly organized; flexible in meeting the needs of boarding students and their families.
  • Ability to create lesson plans to meet the needs of diverse student populations.
  • Tech-savvy.
  • Prior experience as a former student athlete.
  • Experience working with student athletes, particularly those involved in NCAA programs.
  • Comprehensive understanding of compliance and international education.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant subject area.
  • Master’s degree in a relevant subject area preferred.
  • Former student athlete experience.
  • International education experience.
  • NCAA compliance experience.
  • Bilingual proficiency (if applicable).

Pay

Salary range: $65,000 - $85,000 annually.

Schedule

Full-time position with flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
