About the role
The Madison Metropolitan School District (MMSD) is seeking an ACP Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will coordinate systems that support college, career, and community readiness for students in grades 9-12.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate data collection and analysis for college, career, and community readiness
- Engage families in college, career, and community readiness initiatives
- Support school-wide experiential learning opportunities
- Work closely with other staff members to integrate CCCR into the school day
- Facilitate professional development for staff
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction (DPI) teaching license in English/Language Arts or English (2300 or 1300)
Qualifications
- Experience in coordinating systems for college, career, and community readiness
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
