Roles and Responsibilities

• Sets up and assists with small group or 1:1 academic support for students.
• Supports students with assignments, homework, and projects by adapting materials and providing necessary modifications.
• Ensures students understand classroom rules and reinforces these rules.
• Provides general clerical support for the Special Student Services Team.
• Attends meetings and training sessions.
• Maintains a clean and organized work area.
• Creates a supportive and positive learning environment.

Qualifications

• High school degree or higher.
• Associate's degree or higher preferred.
• Experience in special student services and/or ESL/ELL.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ideally, educational aide certification I, II, or III.
• US Work Authorization required.
