About the Role
Applications are invited for consideration for appointment to the position of English – Long Term Substitute.
Qualifications
New York State Certification: ELA 7-12.
Effective Date
October 29, 2026 – approximately 5-week assignment.
Compensation
Per diem sub rate for the first 20 consecutive days, after which time the successful candidate will be placed on Step 1 of the Teachers Step Schedule at their educational level, retroactive to the first day of substituting for that particular teacher. Salary range: $140.00 to $272.00.
