Freelance opportunity for English (US) speakers based in the United States to evaluate personalized search results and location recommendations.

About the Role

Help evaluate personalized search results and location recommendations such as restaurants and other places. Rate how relevant, useful, and accurate they are based on provided guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Review personalized search queries and results.
• Evaluate recommended places and locations.
• Check whether recommendations are relevant and useful.
• Use your understanding of context and user intent to rate results.
• Follow project guidelines and complete tasks accurately.

Requirements

• Native or fluent US English speaker.
• Currently located in the United States with the right to work there.
• Regularly use Google Maps.
• Have an active Gmail account with previous Google Maps usage.
• Good attention to detail and ability to make logical decisions.
• Comfortable reviewing and rating online information.
• Can work independently and follow detailed instructions.
• Active Gmail account with prior Google Maps usage (required).
• Consent to access limited activity-history information relevant to the project.
• Desktop or laptop required for application and onboarding (mobile devices cannot be used).
• Participation limited to a maximum of 3 project rounds.
• Project tasks are assigned dynamically, with advance notice when a round becomes available.

Pay

$20.30/hour

Schedule

Approximately 8–10 hours per project round, on a weekly or project-based basis.
