About the role

Golden Care Therapy (GCT) is an ABA therapy provider delivering home‑based services for clients throughout the East Coast. We are seeking ABA Therapists/RBTs to provide ABA services for children with autism under the guidance of a behavioral supervisor (BCBA). Our admin team consists of former ABA Therapists/RBTs, ensuring a deep understanding of your role and needs. Responsibilities

• Provide in‑home 1:1 ABA services to individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) across Queens.
• Use behavior‑analytic strategies to increase functional behaviors and decrease behaviors that may impede learning, safety, or social opportunities, following each patient’s treatment plan.
• Collect and submit data using an electronic data system.
• Maintain clear communication with families, supervisors, and administration.

Qualifications

• Special education experience – 1 year (preferred).
• Applied behavior analysis experience – 1 year (preferred).
• Ability to work independently in a home‑based setting.
• Strong communication skills for interaction with families and team members.
