About the role
Noble is Chicago’s highest-performing and largest network of public charter schools. Responsibilities
- Create or execute curriculum that is backwards planned from academic standards
- Provide instruction that is culturally responsive and culturally sustaining
- Use data to refine curriculum and inform instructional practices
- Execute Noble’s student code of conduct with fidelity to create a positive, structured learning environment
- Teach and advise an advisory, typically meeting daily, serving as the primary point of contact for families
- Facilitate advisory meetings to assess students' progress toward promotion, foster relationships, and build a sense of community
Requirements

- A proven track record of results in previous roles
- Self-awareness, a regular practice of reflection, and a desire to continuously improve
- Mastery of and enthusiasm for your academic subject
- A proven commitment to serving students of color and contributing to anti-racism in practice and disposition
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Eligibility to work in the United States on a full-time basis
- Active Illinois Teaching License preferred

Compensation ranges from $60,000 to $81,000.
