About the role
This position is for a licensed professional to design and deliver learning experiences for students in a grade level and/or content area. The role involves organizing and facilitating the learning process using evidence-based instructional practices and applicable technology.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver learning experiences aligned with the Colorado Academic Standards.
- Organize and facilitate the learning process using evidence-based instructional practices and technology.
- Participate in a community of learning to develop and refine knowledge and skills for student success.
- Evaluate student progress, make appropriate adjustments, and communicate student progress.
- Collaborate, reflect, and grow to improve learning opportunities for students.
Requirements
The incumbent must have a Bachelor's degree and meet subject, grade level, and/or content area qualifications consistent with Colorado Department of Education and Academy District 20 requirements. A Master's degree and willingness to teach concurrent enrollment or other Career and Technical Education (CTE) classes is preferred.
Qualifications
The candidate should demonstrate mastery of and pedagogical expertise in the content taught, and have knowledge of literacy and mathematics, as well as knowledge of other content areas at the secondary level.

Pay
$52,020.00-$83,163.00 (Based on education and experience at 100% FTE)
Schedule
37.5 hours per week, 7.5 hours per day, Monday through Friday, 183 days per year.
