This is a full-time position. Key Responsibilities Direct and manage all engineering, maintenance, and technical services for the property.Oversee preventive maintenance programs, energy conservation initiatives, and safety compliance.Supervise and develop a team of engineers, technicians, and contractors.Manage budgets, capital improvement projects, and vendor relationships.Ensure all systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, etc.) operate efficiently and reliably.Support sustainability and operational efficiency goals in line with brand and ownership standards.Collaborate closely with senior management to maintain the highest standards of property performance and guest satisfaction.Rate of pay- $19.50 - $20.50 Requirements Key Responsibilities Respond to guest maintenance requests in a timely and professional mannerPerform routine inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spacesComplete preventative maintenance tasks as assignedTroubleshoot and repair:Plumbing systemsElectrical systemsHVAC unitsAppliances and fixturesEnsure all work is completed with minimal disruption to guestsMaintain accurate documentation/logs of all work performedFollow all safety procedures and protocols
