About the role

Responsible for leading complex engineering projects in the Huntsville, AL area. Key tasks include designing, testing, and implementing innovative solutions to challenging problems.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary teams in the development and execution of engineering projects
• Design and test new systems and processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
• Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and deliverables
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for all projects

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience
• Proficiency in relevant software tools and technologies
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
