Engineering Technician - Manufacturing

We are seeking a Manufacturing Technician to join our team in Norfolk, VA.

Responsibilities

• Repair and overhaul circuit breakers and electrical components
• Perform diagnostics and tests such as current injection and insulation resistance
• Troubleshoot electrical issues
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and industry regulations
• Replace faulty parts
• Maintain accurate records
• Work collaboratively across departments
• Execute routine tasks under supervision

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 0-3 years of related experience
• Ability to work third shift
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to obtain security clearance
• Work in a drug-free environment
• Pass background checks

Preferred Skills

• Certifications such as J-STD-001, IPC-A-620, or NETA
