Engineering Technician III
About the role
Terracon is seeking a materials professional to join our team. This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience, or the equivalent in training and related experience. Experience with laptop computer use and Microsoft Word and Excel is preferred. A valid driver’s license with an acceptable violation history may be required.
Responsibilities
- Perform materials testing and inspections in accordance with industry standards and regulations.
- Prepare and analyze test results using digital tools to provide critical insights.
- Evaluate and report on the quality and safety of materials used in construction projects.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations regarding materials testing and inspection.
- Document findings and communicate results to clients and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Preferred Qualifications: Certifications in two or more of the following areas: NICET Level II, ICC, AWS, ASNT.
- Required Qualifications: ACI certification, American Welding Society (AWS) Certified Welding Inspector (CWI), or relevant certifications as per project requirements.
Qualifications

Skills
