About the role

The role involves leading experimental and testing activities, providing technical leadership, and managing quality assurance processes.

Responsibilities

• Executes complex tests, experiments, and analysis procedures on equipment, systems, and prototypes.
• Analyzes and interprets test data to make informed recommendations for product refinement and improvement.
• Manages and maintains advanced technical instrumentation, equipment, and facilities.
• Prepares comprehensive technical reports and presentations summarizing test methodologies, results, findings, and recommendations.
• Establishes and enforces rigorous quality assurance processes and standards.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to foster effective communication and teamwork.
• Stays current with emerging technologies and best practices in engineering fields.
• Mentors and trains less experienced technicians and team members.
• Adheres to safety protocols and promotes a safe working environment.

Requirements

• Two-years HVAC degree from a technical school.
• Minimum of 7-10 years in the HVAC industry or equivalent experience.
• EPA 608 and A2L certification required.
