What You'll Do

• Perform Detailing activities on assigned projects and adhere to schedule and accuracy requirements.
• Create detailed drawings and fabrication plans based on engineering designs and project specifications.
• Create erection drawings, approval drawings, permit drawings, and anchor rod layouts.
• Continuously develop technical expertise and improve knowledge of products, materials, and industry standards.
• Upload, edit, and release parts into the manufacturing system for production.
• Work closely with project teams to identify challenges, propose solutions, and ensure cost-effective, efficient project execution.
• Maintain project schedules to meet customer needs and ensure high-quality service.
• Contribute to department objectives, profitability goals, and continuous improvement as part of a high-performance team.

What We're Looking For

• Associate or 2-year technical degree or 2 additional years of relevant experience.
• Strong technical and communication skills.
• Thrives in a collaborative environment.

Additional Information

• The expected pay scale for this role is $50,000- $75,000 annually, depending on experience, skill set, and qualifications.
• This position is eligible for annual bonus, health, and welfare benefits and 401(k) match in accordance with BlueScope policies.
