About the Position
As an Engineering Technician (Civil) on the Contract Administration Support Team you will be responsible for cradle-to-grave construction contract administration.
Responsibilities
- Preparing cost estimates and modifications
- Managing the Resident Management System (RMS) or equivalent system of record
- Processing progress payments
- Verifying specification and labor compliance
- Completing actions within the contracting system(s) of record
- Coordinating final close-out activities
