What You'll Do
- C Conduct physical and chemical property measurements of cell active materials and report data
- B Build two-electrode and three-electrode coin cells and pouch cells to evaluate materials' electrochemical performance
- A Maintain accurate and organized records of dissections and cell builds in a timely manner
- A Assist with manual lab tasks, including cleaning cell parts, organizing lab benches and supplies, and performing general equipment maintenance
- E Communicate issues effectively and collaborate with engineers to identify solutions
What You'll Bring
- A Degree in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or equivalent experience
- H Above-average manual dexterity and visual acuity for delicate assembly tasks
- H Ability to follow standard operating procedures with high accuracy and repeatability
- H Working knowledge of Windows and MS Office
- H Strong communication skills and high attention to detail
- H Experience working with hazardous chemicals
- H Experience with Li-ion battery active materials, glove boxes, coin cell assembly, or battery cyclers is preferred

- M Expected Compensation $24.40 - $50.40/hour + cash and stock awards + benefits
