Engineering Technician

Position Responsibilities

• Manages and supervises the administration, improvement, maintenance, and general operations of commercial, industrial, or residential properties.
• Schedules, coordinates, and oversees general upkeep, major repairs, remodeling, or construction projects of the property.
• Takes feedback from residents and determines whether repairs and/or maintenance are needed based on regular inspections of the grounds, facilities, and equipment.
• Maintains property records including maintenance and operating costs; special permits issued; and property availability.
• Acts as the liaison between onsite managers, tenants, and owners.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in building maintenance or a related trade.
• Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and life safety systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues efficiently.
• Must be able to work flexible hours and participate in on-call rotations.
• Available to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
