Duties / Responsibilities
- Review sales orders and correct the orders if necessary.
- Review plans and specs to ensure the correct product is provided.
- Liaison between applications, sales, and test departments.
- Read and draw cabinet prints using AutoCAD program.
- Performed other job-related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Must be able to read and understand mechanical and electrical engineering drawing.
- Must have good communication skills and the ability to communicate in English (written and verbal).
- Must be able to understand sale orders, i.e., identify the compatibility of the sale orders, selected parts, proper quantity selections and appropriate lead times.
- Must have working knowledge of MS office, i.e. Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Experience with AutoCAD is preferred.
- Must be able to use hand tools, small power tools, and test equipment.
- Must be able to understand electrical wiring.
- Must be a proactive team player.
- A self-starter who can work with customer specifications, rough sketches and understands verbal instructions.
- Maintain highest level of professionalism under pressure with the ability to work in high paced environment.
- Able to be flexible and able to handle multiple tasks at one given time.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

- Problem Solving/Analytical Skills – Must have strong problem solving and analytical skills.

Physical Conditions / Requirements
- No unusual physical requirements.
- Job frequently requires sitting and handling objects with hands.
- Job occasionally requires standing, walking, bending, reaching, talking, hearing, and lifting up to 10 pounds.
- Hearing requirements: Ability to hear people over the telephone and in person; hear noises in surrounding areas, i.e., forklifts in the warehouse for safety purposes.
- Vision requirements: Ability to see information in print and/or electronically.
