Key Responsibilities
- Create and modify drawings.
- Cook with engineers and manufacturing to ensure that all customer requirements are met.
- Coordinate with engineers and manufacturing to ensure that all customer requirements are met.
- Review industry standards for requirements and compliance.
- Create and modify Bill of Materials (BOM)’s and other documentation to support customer and manufacturing requirements.
- Collaborate with all functions of the business in driving quality and process improvement initiatives.
- Work closely with leaders on expediting documentation changes.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Minimum Qualification: Enrolled in an engineering or technical program.
- Possess strong problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrate exceptional written and oral communication skills.
- Preferred Qualification: Enrolled in an Engineering Program.
- 5+ years of electric motor manufacturing experience.
- Possesses strong problem-solving skills with experience in IHP motor design and process desired.
