Qualifications

Summary
High School Diploma or GED plus related experience such as televisions repair or electronics training.
Previous soldering experience or skills preferred.
Mandatory mathematical skills with emphasis on the ability to compute rates, ratios and percentage.
Thorough knowledge of calibration, reading drawings, blueprints and schematics.

Physical Demands

Work is sedentary. Typically, the employee may sit comfortably to do the work.
Work may require some walking, standing, carrying light items (up to 10 lbs) and recurring reaching or similar activities.
Ability to adjust the eye through the use of appropriate tools to bring objects into sharp focus

Position Overview

Tunes and tests filters and electronic components.
Techs utilize specification sheets and drawings and blueprints, Network analyzers, and computer programs to outline filter capacity/function.
Must adhere to (MOP) Manufacturing Operating Procedures and (ATP) Automated Testing Procedures.
Conducts quality assurance spot checks and tests for accuracy of product.
Equipment used includes, but is not limited to, Network Analyzer, calipers, computer, continuity tester/multimeter, microscope, soldering irons, plotter, calculator, wrenches, and tuning instruments.
Cleans finished products according to established procedures.
Must measure tolerances.
Records job specific data on forms, logs, time sheets and other required documentation.
Must complete work with accuracy speed.

Pay and Benefits

Pay Range: $27.00 - $35.00 per hour
Bonus Eligible: This position is eligible to earn a discretionary bonus based on performance metrics and other criteria outlined in our applicable bonus plan.
