Responsibilities
- Synchronize with technical teams and government clients to engineer and implement premier solutions for the Radar Technologies Division
- Orchestrate project workflows and interdependencies, ensuring all task order deliverables align strictly with the Statement of Work (SOW)
- Execute independent, expert-level circuit analysis and signal flow mapping where standard manufacturer documentation is insufficient
- Diagnose and resolve non-standard system failures using advanced instrumentation, including high-frequency pulse generators, frequency synthesizers, and distortion analyzers
- Partner with cross-functional teams to architect and execute robust test strategies and validation plans
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent education
- 5+ years of experience supporting electronics test, maintenance, and troubleshooting
Qualifications
- Preferred: Experience supporting NSWC Crane projects
- Preferred: Experience providing technical oversight and leadership to a team
- Preferred: Experience providing expertise in research/development of new or improved systems or equipment
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position 80% of the time
- Frequent communication with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations
- Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations
