Engineering Technician
What's the Job?
Support and track various configurations and generations of test platforms for vehicle simulation and software testing
Assemble custom hardware to enable Hardware-in-the-Loop testing of software builds
Use commercially available, off-the-shelf components to build computers
Integrate network and vehicle system components in server racks
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair test hardware and equipment
What's Needed?
- 3+ years of experience in hardware assembly, troubleshooting, or related fields
- Demonstrated ability to use general shop, automotive, and diagnostic tools (DMM, Oscilloscope, Harnessing Tools, etc.)
- Experience with building and troubleshooting cable harnessing and familiarity with cable management
- Experience with building/troubleshooting/diagnosing computers and computer components
- Working knowledge of computer and networking hardware
About the Role
The Engineering Technician will collaborate with the Test and Development Teams, demonstrating problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude.
Requirements
Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree in engineering, electronics, or a related field preferred.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
