Duties/Responsibilities Provide manufacturing processes via CNC programs and/or detailed setup informationOptimize processes for throughput, cost, process control, scrap percentage, and ease of setupCollaborate with toolmakers to create custom work holding and cutting tool solutionsMaintain process documentation to internal and industry standardsAssist Operations team with technical support and troubleshootingPerform machine setups for particularly difficult or unproven processesObserve all company policies, rules, and regulations including good housekeeping, safety, and security.Provide training and mentorship to CNC operators/SetupOccasionally lead or participate in special projects and initiatives. Requirements Required Skills/Abilities: Advanced verbal and written communication skillsAdvanced organizational skills and attention to detailTime management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple prioritiesNovice understanding of GD&TStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environmentBeginner skills with Cad/Cam and other software specific to manufacturingAdvanced beginner skills with G-Code and CNC machine controlsNovice level of understanding of machining processes Education And Experience At least three years related manufacturing experience preferred.Mastercam and Solidworks experience preferred We are looking for people who are highly motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
