Shift

1st Shift (8am-5pm Monday)

Reliability

  • Assists in managing CMMS system to insure best maintenance and reliability asset practices.
  • Aids in the equipment onboarding process and documentation process improvements.
  • Champions in CMMS training materials, trains and works with Training department to have users trained.
  • Handles equipment specification creation and revisions.
  • Enters preventative maintenance procedures, creates job plans and schedules preventive maintenance to keep equipment in optimal working order.
  • Aids in utilizing diagnostic tools such as CMMS reports, and other techniques, to identify potential equipment problems before they become major issues.
  • Aids in gathering data on equipment performance, maintenance activities, and failure modes to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Aids in developing spare part inventories in CMMS.
  • Maintains accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections, and reports on equipment performance and maintenance status.
  • Maintains documentation tools needed for Reliability Team and other stakeholders.
  • Conducts regular inspection of production line configuration, equipment, parts, components and systems to reflect proper CMMS set up.
  • Identifies any signs of wear and tear of equipment identification and replaces it.
  • Assists other CMMS users by troubleshooting system issues. Often using analytical skills and equipment technical knowledge.
  • Works with operation teams, engineers, maintenance teams, and other stakeholders to implement and improve equipment reliability and equipment onboarding programs.
  • Familiar with company procedures and industry standards.
  • Works with CMMS Global and Corporate teams to deploy updates in system.
  • Follows escalation procedures.

Safety

  • Champions and adheres to all safety regulations and procedures, and participates in safety training.

Training

  • Participates in all company training assigned and aligns with business needs with regards technical training.

Education / Experience

  • Typically requires an Associate’s Degree in related field, technical training or equivalent education and training.
  • Successful completion of company provided training may be required.
  • Typically requires 4- 6+ years of related experience.

Leadership

  • Acts independently to determine methods and procedures on new assignments.
  • Often leads the activities or training of other nonexempt personnel.
