Job Duties
- Interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and CAD sketches, cross-referencing with UFC and technical manuals
- Ensure IPE installations meet stringent facilities requirements documents and comply with state and federal codes and regulations
- Oversee replacement and installation of HVAC systems, chillers, boilers, electrical transformers, and other critical building systems, including defined maintenance requirements
- Manage SRM projects at FRCSW, serving as the primary technical authority for facility repairs that provide seamless support to the end user
- Direct contractor activities through strict adherence to DBIDS and security protocols, using real-time tracking dashboards and digital tools (MAXIMO and CMPro)
- Guarantee projects are completed within budget and on schedule without disrupting depot-level production
- Execute professional technical communication via phone, email, and Microsoft Teams to synchronize project requirements between leadership and the end user
- Maintain expert proficiency in MS Office Suite to develop organized reports, briefings, and documentation
- Utilize real-time tracking dashboards and digital tools (MAXIMO and CMPro) to track projects
Requirements
Expert proficiency in MS Office Suite
Knowledge of Unified Facilities Criteria (UFC) and technical manuals
Understanding of state and federal codes and regulations
Experience with real-time tracking dashboards and digital tools (MAXIMO and CMPro)
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Proficiency in technical writing and briefing development
