Engineering Technician/Programmer is responsible for programming, setting up, and operating CNC mills and lathes to produce high-quality precision components. This role works closely with engineers and other machinists to optimize manufacturability, troubleshoot machining challenges, and support continuous improvement in a fast-paced medical manufacturing environment.
