We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We need to extract content from posting.
Let's parse.
About This Job: description: assist professional engineers and/or higher level technicians in performance of materials testing in District 04 Laboratory. Technician performs and maintains a wide range of materials testing and laboratory equipment across soil, asphalt, aggregate, concrete, and field operations. They enter and retrieve testing data using MATT or SM Materials, coordinate with Project and Area Engineer offices to verify project finals, sampling plans, and Federal Independent Assurance testing requirements, and assist with field activities such as drill rig operations and roadway core collection. The technician also attends required training, provides training and assistance to less experienced staff, performs additional duties as directed, and may support emergency or disaster operations. The incumbent must be self-motivated and able to perform duties many times with or without direct supervision and be knowledgeable enough to interpret unforeseen conditions as they may arise. This position also requires the incumbent to make minor repairs and perform necessary maintenance on equipment and vehicles used to perform this task.
That's about the role.
Job Duties: list of duties: Actively participates in daily materials testing. This includes, but is not limited to, knowing all testing procedures in each lab section (soil, asphalt, aggregate, concrete, and field operations). Must be able to retrain and perform tests as needed in any/all sections of the lab. The technician must be able to use and regularly maintain any/all equipment in the lab. Technician must be able to enter the testing reports into the appropriate computer program (MATT or SM Materials) and recall the information as requested. May be required to perform other duties as necessary. This includes, but is not limited to, field work on the drill rig, collecting roadway cores from contractors, and any other task around the lab as directed by a supervisor. Job Specification: link but we can ignore.
We need sections: About the role (use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It says e.g., not that we must include all. It says "include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it". So we can include Requirements and Qualifications if they have content. Minimum qualifications is a requirement. Qualifications could be something like "Appointment Type: Probational or Promotional Career Progression: This position may be filled as an Engineering Technician 1,2,3, or 4." That's more about the role classification, maybe not qualifications. Could treat as "Qualifications" but it's not a qualification requirement; it's about possible levels. Might be considered "Qualifications" but it's vague. Better to omit Qualifications if no specific qualification content beyond minimum qualifications.
Thus we have: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Skills, Pay.
Check if any other content: "Attends required training, provides training and assistance to less experienced staff" could be skill. "Self-motivated and able to perform duties many times with or without direct supervision" skill. "Knowledgeable enough to interpret unforeseen conditions" skill. "Make minor repairs and perform necessary maintenance on equipment and vehicles" skill.
Thus Skills section bullet list.
Now format.
We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences.
We'll produce something like:
About the role
), Responsibilities (Responsibilities
), Requirements (Requirements
), Qualifications (Qualifications
), Skills (Skills
), Benefits (Benefits
), Pay (Pay
), Schedule (Schedule
). We need to decide which sections have content. About the role: we have description. Responsibilities: we have job duties list. Requirements: maybe minimum qualifications? But we also have Qualifications separate. Usually Requirements could be minimum qualifications. Qualifications could be preferred? But we have only minimum qualifications. We could put minimum qualifications under Requirements. Qualifications maybe empty? We could omit Qualifications if no specific content beyond requirements. However we could treat "Appointment Type: Probational or Promotional Career Progression: This position may be filled as an Engineering Technician 1,2,3, or 4." as Qualifications? Not really. Could be "Qualifications" section for career progression? Might be considered qualifications. But we need to avoid filler. Let's think: The posting includes "Position-Specific Details Appointment Type: Probational or Promotional Career Progression: This position may be filled as an Engineering Technician 1,2,3, or 4." That's more about the role classification, could be under Qualifications? Might be considered "Qualifications" but it's not a qualification requirement; it's about possible levels. Could be omitted. Skills: maybe we can infer skills: ability to use MATT/SM Materials, ability to perform testing procedures, ability to maintain equipment, ability to coordinate, ability to train, ability to interpret unforeseen conditions, self-motivated, ability to work independently, ability to make minor repairs. Those are substantive. We can create a Skills section with bullet list. Benefits: Not mentioned besides optional $2.00 pay per hour (that's pay). No benefits like health, retirement. So we should not create Benefits section unless there is real content. The optional pay is part of Pay. Pay: we have compensation details with hourly rates and optional $2.00 per hour. That's specific. So include Pay section. Schedule: Not mentioned. No schedule info. So omit Schedule. Thus sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications? maybe we can put minimum qualifications under Requirements, and Qualifications could be omitted. But we need to decide if we need both Requirements and Qualifications. The instruction: "Use for section headings (e.g.
