Responsibilities
- Author and revise Instructions for Use (IFUs) and eIFU content in structured XML (DITA-like)
- Manage content through the CMS and quality system publishing pipeline
- Perform IFU change effect analysis
- Support translation/localization review workflows
- Cook up documentation on project timelines
- Coordinate with cross-functional partners (R&D, Regulatory, Quality, and software packaging/testing)
Requirements
- Structured authoring (Structured FrameMaker, Oxygen, or comparable)
- Medical device IFU development (regulated industry experience for technical communications)
- Quality system processes (change effect analysis, requirements traceability, translation workflows)
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s
Experience: 5+ years
