About the Role
Work safely in a restricted-access Testing Lab, performing visual inspection and product testing following standard operating procedures. The environment is a Lean one-piece flow, testing various products at 208V-690V using electronic equipment such as Variac, Hi-Pot/Ground Bond, Power Analyzer, Oscilloscopes, Current Clamps, and Digital Multi-Meters to ensure product quality.
Responsibilities
- Test and document output results of products to validate results within specification pass range or troubleshoot failed testing.
- Maintain Test Report database, recording testing data and analyzing results to determine whether the product meets quality standards.
- Evaluate and troubleshoot test failures using diagnostic methods, tools, and critical thinking.
- Demonstrate a personal commitment to injury-free operations while adhering to safety protocols.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of electrical testing of products up to 690V.
- Associate’s degree in Electricity/Electronics or similar from an accredited college.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
