Engineering Technical Support Tech 3 (contract)

Position Responsibilities

• Support and facilitate various lab and facilities infrastructure support organizations.
• Maintain and improve products, processes and services to ensure consistent quality of data used to accomplish engineering tasks.
• Create and maintain design documentation to communicate the end product to customers.
• Analyze complex products to verify regulatory conformance and contractual compliance.
• Maintain design engineering related user documentation to support the design of engineering systems.
• Maintain web pages/libraries to provide organizational visibility and communication to internal and external customers.
• Train others.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)

• 6+ years of work related experience with a Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of related work experience with a Master’s degree or 10+ years of work related experience.
• 4+ years of experience with work flow scheduling and resource allocation.
• 4+ years of experience with Program Management and/or Project Management.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)

• Experience supporting flight simulation labs, including managing security, property management, safety compliance, equipment calibration, and shipping/receiving of test equipment.
• Experience working in a Lab Test Environment.
